studied Industrial Engineering at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Horb a. N.
For 5 years he worked worldwide in major projects of the automotive industry, for companies such as
Daimler AG, BMW AG, VW AG, Opel AG, etc. in which he gained consolidated experience.
As Vice President and CFO of a Europe-wide operating group for plastic products of the automotive industry,
as well as managing director of a Polish tool and plastic injection moulding company,
Mr. Baur can fall back on a very long experience and knowledge base.
Mr. Baur has successfully led international M & A activities for the purchase of rehabilitation cases and their redevelopment from beginning to end.
